Refund Policy

At Ink'd Threadz, every item is made to order - printed just for you when you purchase.

Because of this, we don't keep inventory or resell returned items.  Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

Each product is custom-printed through our fulfillment partner Printful.

That means:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or buyer's remorse.

  • However, if there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your items arrives damages, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error:

  1. Contact support within 5 days of delivery at moyacustomdesigns@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.

  3. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Size Issues

All size charts are included in each product listing. Please double-check measurements before ordering.

Since items are printed on demand, we're unable to exchange sizes once an order is placed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow  5-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
